Shipping and payment conditions

Terms of payment

Unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions published by the seller, the prices indicated are final prices in euros, including all taxes. They therefore include value added tax (VAT). Additional shipping and delivery costs may apply. These will, if applicable, be expressly indicated in the corresponding product description. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may involve additional costs for the customer that are not the responsibility of the seller. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (transfer costs, exchange costs) and import charges or taxes (customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in the case of a money transfer if the delivery takes place in a country belonging to the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union. The customer can choose between the different payment methods displayed on the seller's website, if an advance payment is agreed upon, it must be made immediately after the conclusion of the contract. If the customer chooses the payment method "PayPal", the payment is made through the service provider PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Boulevard Royal, L-2499 Luxembourg, in accordance with the general terms of use (see https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full?locale.x=fr_FR)

Terms of delivery

The delivery of goods is regularly made by mail order to the address indicated by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address indicated on the order processed and managed by the seller is the reference address for the execution of the transaction. By way of derogation, if the customer has chosen the PayPal payment method, the reference delivery address will be the one registered by the customer at the time of payment via PayPal. If the shipping company returns the goods to the seller due to the impossibility of delivering the goods to the customer, the costs of the failed shipment will be charged to the customer. However, this shall not apply if the customer has correctly exercised his right of withdrawal, if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that led to the impossibility of handing over the goods, or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the delivery, unless the seller has announced a reasonable delivery time in advance.

For logistical reasons, collection by the customer is not possible.
